Cynthia Gerothanasiou is a visual artist, born in Thessaloniki.
She received a Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Arts, Department of Audio and Visual Arts, Ionian University of Corfu, Greece. He studied at the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
She has a number of solo and group exhibitions to her credit. The fragility and hardness, the psychodynamic field of the social subject as well as its unseen processes of evolution are aspects that the artist explores using mixed materials and multiple expressive media. She has held several group and solo presentations in Greece and abroad, while her work has received international awards and distinctions and is in private and public collections.
