Subtle gradations and shades of ubiquitous gold metallic colour, glossy and blurred forms with soft passages worked in painting, with gestures that ritually follow the verticality with repetitiveness. With reference to the spirituality of the golden Byzantine plain and the poetry of the subtle, the economy of the work is explored. As the light is captured in allusive metallic reliefs, it is now reflected iridescently and invites a space of mental and spiritual rest, a condition reinforced by the scale of the work.
